When it comes to food Mt. Sinai has many options. In a five-mile radius there is everything from Japanese to Italian cuisine. Secrets Lounge, 164 Rte 25A. The only bar in Mt. Sinai is Secrets Lounge. This hang out is on a main road and attracts many young people. It is within walking distance to many restaurants that are open late as well.
