Interstate 95 has a number of exits within Milford (bear in mind that the highway signs indicate north/south but the highway runs east/west through southern Connecticut). Milford's train station is serviced by Metro-North with stops along the Connecticut shore and into New York City. Amtrak is available into New Haven, about 10 miles from Milford.
