Bull Shoals is in the Ozarks region of Arkansas. Located on the shore of Bull Shoals Lake, it's a resort town with a lot to offer.

Sleeps up to 50 persons total on 27 beds in seven separate cabins $60 to $135 per night. Gaston's White River Resort, 1777 River Road Lakeview (on the banks of the White River, 1.9 miles from Bull Shoals State Park), ☏ +1 870 431-5202, [email protected]. Resort that covers over 400 acres with two miles of river frontage, and has 79 cottages ranging in size from two double beds and a bathroom to a two-story cottage with ten private bedrooms. Also has a restaurant, private club, gift shop, tennis court, playground, swimming pool, duck pond, game room, two nature trails and a conference area.
The closest commercial airport to Bull Shoals is Missouri's 1 Springfield/Branson National Airport (SGF IATA). Arkansas State Route 178 is the only highway leading into Bull Shoals. AR-178 feeds into US Route 412, a key east-west artery in northern Arkansas, at the town of Flippin about 8 miles south. From Springfield, take US Route 65 south to get to the Arkansas border; you will pass through Branson en route. Across the border, US-65 will become Arkansas State Route 65. AR-65 intersects US-412 about 35 minutes south of the border; from the intersection it will be another 35 minutes to Flippin.
AR-178 is the only main road in Bull Shoals.
