Two major highways run through Bedford. The Everett Turnpike runs north-south, and Route 101 runs east-west. The segment of the Everett Turnpike north of NH 101 and the segment of NH 101 east of the Everett Turnpike are designated Interstate 293; I-293 turns at this interchange. Manchester Boston Regional Airport (MHT IATA), Route 101 exit 2, just minutes away from Bedford, it is a much more convenient option rather than going to the Logan International Airport (BOS IATA). From here, you can reach all the main cities of the United States, along with Canada. The airport is not very large, and it is easy to navigate around. Has only two security checkpoints and two floors.
