Agawam is a town in the Hampden County part of the Pioneer Valley region of Massachusetts. It includes the village of Feeding Hills.
1 Six Flags New England, 1623 Main St, toll-free: +1-877-474-9352. The largest theme park in New England with ten roller-coasters, numerous thrill rides, and an expansive water park for those sweltering summer days. It opens in April as the weather starts to get warm and closes in November as it starts to get cold. (updated Dec 2025) 2 Robinson State Park, North Street, ☏ +1 413 786-2877. State Park located on the Westfield River. Picnicking, mountain biking, hiking, walking, swimming.
Autumn Mist Farm, 1157 N Westfield St. A tiny "hole-in-the-wall" restaurant heavy on burgers and other beef entrees. The menu isn't much more complicated than that, but the food that they do have is outstanding.
By car U.S. Route 5 runs along the eastern border of Agawam along the Connecticut River. It connects to Suffield, Connecticut in the south and West Springfield in the north. State Route 57 is the major east/west route through the city.
